L-Edit design question

Hi Sarah,
Hi Bill,

IC Layout tools had improved a lot, and our MEMS Pro solution (based on
Tanner Tools such as L-Edit) is enhancing them by targeting problems
that
we can face in our specific applications but not covered by IC tools.

F.e. curved shapes are no longer a problem. You can draw them directly
on your layout sheet, and export them as real circles or splines in any
FEM solver.

Regarding the features mentioned in this thread, in the last MEMS Pro
v4.0
release, a DXF translator is available (without going throught extra
cost
buy bying it to other companies), and Fluidic Elements are also avaible.

Feel free to contact me or send a mail to info@memscap.com if you want
to
learn more about our solutions.

Best Regards,

Sebastien.
